Barcelona Convention Bureau's support and advisory services are completely free of charge, which allows us to be completely neutral and impartial.
Advice on the organisation of:
- Venue, accommodation and suppliers for your conference, meeting or incentive event.
- Activity programmes for incentive travel.
- Cultural and leisure programmes for delegates and accompanying persons.
- City tours and excursions.
- Supply of city tourist maps and brochures for participants.
- Liaison with organisations and institutions in the city regarding municipal services and other protocols.
- Coordination of inspection visits.
- Free publication of your events.
Logistical and economic support for congress candidatures:
- Planning the application process.
- Creating the candidature dossier.
- Assignment of necessary images and audiovisual material.
- Collaborating with the candidature presentation events.
- Cooperation promoting congresses once awarded.
- Coordination with local authorities.
- Coordination of inspection visits.
